No doubt a Toronto Chapter will be launching soon, but so far I think only 2 GTA elise owners Ive seen, and both are orange. There's one yellow sent to Ottawa, and the remaining 5 have gone out west.

much more of an adrenaline rush, to have that mid engine purrrrrrrr behind your ears.. kinda reminds me of my old mr2 days.

Gonna be one interesting summer to see if these two owners make it out to a track day..

Im hearing that there are a larger then typical number of elises smacking walls. ppl say that its because of the tires being r compound stock. that allows the driver to go faster then they would otherwise, and when a mistake occurs, it occurs at a faster speed then otherwise. SMACK.

I worry about this too with my car being the rocket ship it is.

Package Rob has been on the ELise board saying he is getting one.

Rob - got it yet?

Or is the next gen Cayman the car to get?

I love the car from the back - hate it beyond words from the front.

I bet its wicked fun to drive, but I cant see walking out to the garage and thinking how lucky i am to own it.

I thought 2 more years? or is that just EXIGE? I love this car...but wanna wait for Exige...

 

I love the Elise and Exige, but for me they are way too much of a gamble as service is in NYC or TO, and as the Exige is an Elise with a bolted in roof panel the way BMW CCA interprets it as not being a convertibe is a little up in the air.

I however love the look, and the lack of weight.
