I came down with a bitch ass flu, but its so gorgeous out there, I just had to muster the energy to do it..
Ok, harder then I thought. Factory mounting holes? not quite.
They appeared to fit, but they are off by just enough to be a pain in the ass.
So it took a little manipulating of the holes. I got some neoprine gasketing from work, which I wanted to use under the spoiler to keep water out. I decided it was easier to use this as a make shift template at the same time
Once I had the holes lined up, I use the gasket to transfer the second set of holes.. its not 100% square, so this took the guess work ( and bigger holes then nessecary) out of play. I trimmed the gasket better after, just so you know.
Ya, those washers they gave me were so big they wouldn't fit, so I just cranked it down for now, becuase I lost patience, and my nose kept running. I'll replace the hardware to something better the next nice day I get
There you go, this is by no means an instruction post, I would have loved to have proper templates before hand, but what can you do?
heres some pics of it installed
I love it, pretty much useless mod, but I've been in love with this spoiler since the first time I saw it, I'm glad I bought it. Its not outright FNF, but its a start
