I had a full roof tune-up and the guy replaced all the damaged shingles for me. Unfortunately there was a leak after the job, I obviously wasnt very happy with the result.

The installer offered a 4 year warranty so I decided to give him a call. During the first couple conversations, he sounded polite and he kept telling me he would drop by to get it fixed....but he never showed up. Now he just completely ignored my call, I have been calling this guy for 2 weeks and left over 10 VM's but he wouldnt get back to me. The only time it went through was 10pm last night, but he quickly hung up on me.

Any suggestions?

yup... he ignores your call is natural.. cuz it takes up his time to fix this shit up and he gets no money... while he can spend his time making money elsewhere.. why would he wanna be there at all

i have had garage door guy came and did a shitty fix.. i won't let them go until i inspect everything... same thing for my drive way... those warranty on house work is pointless... 90% of the business out there is very sloppy on customer service.. the rest of the 10% which are ... is busy because they have such good service, everyone wants to have them work on their home..

I am gonna call BBB to report it for sure. Well I am not expecting to get my money back, however I think this asshole deserves a lesson.

 

Chances are BBB won't do much, that or wait for a long while till you get any action done.

BBB won't do anything unless he is a member. That is what sucks about that organization. It is strictly voluntary to join.
