Not sure if I'm much help as I don't really know any specifics of them in regards to model etc but I've got HSD's on my car and I love them. They are a great ride and I have absolutely no complaints. I've got cheaper coils on my jetta and hate them so that's really my only measuring stick. Hope you can find the info you need.

A few of us run them. Full soft and they're fine on the street. It's been so long since I've been on OEM suspension so I probably couldn't give you a comparison though.

For the track they're leaps and bounds better than the Buddy Club Race Spec coils I ran previously.

"leaps and bounds", I'm assuming no pun intended?

Not to threadjack, but mine came with my car and I've never adjusted dampening so I know no different. Is there suggestions with these guys? Or it's all personal preference?

Thanks

This really depends on the track, your setup, aero, alignment, tire size, sway bar size etc.

I do full stiff f/r at the track and full soft on the drive home (no pun intended) .

I'm running them now and I love them. I run full soft on the streets and find them comfortable. I run them full stiff on the track and cant complain.

I ended up with the Monopro. So far, very happy with them. Waiting for new front swaybar and adjustable endlinks before testing at the track.

I have the ride height set at 1 1/8" lower than stock and 6 clicks from full soft for the street.

They are a cost effective coilover, vs the KW etc.

Hope this helps.
