Geebus, that could have been a told ya so moment...UPS makes more money of bogus charges then others make deliviering parcels..

or so I think

 

I refuse to ship with UPS when ordering parts from the US. It's not so much duties and taxes, but it's their brokerage fees that add up very quickly. US postal is not bad, except that 1) you can't trace the package, and 2) "rush" isn't a word in their vocabulary.

I asked if it could be shipped another way, was very hesitant to order when they said they only ship UPS. I wanted the stuff, so I got raped, I thought $40 at most, $60 is completely outrageous.

 

Man, that sucks!
I can't even fathom all the free beer I could have gotten for $60.

UPS shipping (from US to Can.) = BAD!

I suppose if you really wanted that stuff, they've gotcha. If the vendor will not use some other carrier, I won't order. Usually, when faced with a loss of business, the vendor will find another way.

 

And I bet they don't use condoms when they rape you.

 

i guess i am the only person here likes UPS.
i have very good experience w/ UPS, they r always on time.
brokage fee is almost the same for all shipping companies.
anything over $20usd will be charged w/ brokage fee.
The worst shipping company i have had so far is BAX GLOBAL !! 3 weeks late (suppose to arrive in 3 days). no one contact me when the package got stucked in the border. delivered to my neigborgh wihout leavin a note. told me that they r going to refund some $ bak, but never recieve $.
