Ok here's my dilemma.

I have decided to leave Electro Sonic and I want to leave on good terms.

Here's the problem. I've already had 2 phone interviews with company x and I have a personal interview set up for monday. I still have a couple sick days and 1 holiday day left. Should I try and get the holiday day today for monday or should I call in sick?

I was thinking about giving in my notice today but it may look bad if i do that and call in sick monday.

I have a bunch of options as you can see. Call in sick vs ask for holiday day. Quit today or wait until next week.

So far i think the best thing would be to ask for the holiday day so i can move. Then they may assume im moving closer to work for their benefit .

Finding the best way possible is my problem

Any ideas?

What about anout of office meeting? that you need to attend to.

 

My gut is to call in stick on monday

Then quit on tuesday.

Dentist always worked for me. Never needed a full day for an interview. And I would never quit before I had an offer in my hand.

I'm not worried about not having an offer in my hand before i quit. I can survive atleast 4 months without steady work.

I will most likely call in sick. Use it or lose it type idea.
