Default need advice

ok so the deal is when i got a speeding ticket to this lawyer he said 100 percent garantee to get me off the ticket or money refunded(which is a lot for that garantee), anyways my court date was for the 26th of jan....then i called to see how it was and he said to call him a few days later, i did, and he said "everything should be cool" then in the mail i get a conviction notice.. no reduction or anything, but a conviction, so i clal the lawyer and he said dont worry about it, its taken care of... and then he asked i do an abstract to make sure..so i did one today and it the ticket showed on there...convicted.
so i clal him and he sais, o..dont worry ill take care of it..."he said to call him back tuesday"

isnt it impossible to get rid of a conviction if its on my abstract, wtf is he gonna take care of???
anyways im pissed.
what should i do?
cause i mean if no one showed to court that day cant i sue him for misrepresentation? and appeal the conviction, i guess i should wait and see what he does when i go for my second abstract.

i oculd be wrong, but it's got nothing to do with the justice system.....ultimately, it's still YOUR responsibility that your representative be there to represent you.

you're only recourse is going after the lawyer for punitive damages (fines, court costs, increased insurance premiums for 6 years, etc...).

basically, whatever his neglience will cost you in the long-run....
