I am from Socal and I am looking to bring a car from Toronto. What precautions do I need to know about? The car is a FD RX-7 RHD. Would there be any issues? If so can you all help? If not what is the procedure?

no clue about importing to the USA. I would start by calling US customs and asking them.

 

Thank you... I will try the DMV tomorrow and see if they should know.

ALso, this seller is in Toronto, I am willing to pay for anyone's time via Paypal to inspect the car, take some pics, maybe even drive it, start it, typical test drive sort of thing...

Please let me know if anyone is interested as I would hate to make this sort of transaction so far away.

Why not get one from Vancouver, BC? Its way closer to you and thats where most of them come from....
