I just have a quick question for you. What type of documentation is needed for you to pass into the US and if any different what's needed to fly in? Thanks!!

Passport. As long as you're a Canadian citizen.

Passport is the best and easiest.. taking your chances a birth certificate, and a couple peices of photo ID can work as well

Does the passport require any certain type of visa status? Sorry but I'm really ignorant to this type of stuff.

Again, as long as you're a Canadian citizen, a passport's all you need...

It's not even 2 yet here and I want to go home

Thanks all for your replies. To give you a little more info, I was contacted by a potential client that wants to purchase a second home here in AZ and she is a Canadian Citizen but doesn't work here (I've done those so I know I'm ok with a work visa). She is just considered a visitor I guess but I can't come up with how I need to address the situation. Do any of you or your relatives have experience with purchasing a vacation home in the US?

Edit: spelling (hopefully I got'em all)
