Yup I have been following the directions I got from Chris at Minimoto but I am thinking it might be something in the carb that is causing the float to stick. I have eliminated everything else and it still does it. So I think it is time for some deeper surgery !! I will E-mail minimoto as well to see if they have anything else to check.

Check your idle screw set it a little higher its on the other side of the choke a little chrome bolt with spring on it. It might be too low causing the bike to die out after a while.
