That's not good. I ordered a bunch of stuff from him last year and got a 2 day turnaround.

I think they've got too many products going and not enough manpower.

I'm worried about getting the 4.57 gears now.

 

I don't know, from the response, it seems like s2kdarren and motu's been getting their stuff right on time...maybe its just me.

 

Ever other part I've order from Rick's (and there have been quite a few) I've recevied them with a week or two. This is the first time I've had problems. Good thing the car's put away anyway...

I couldn't beleive Rick's response...I don't know, but I think I was more than resonable and explain the situation as fair as I could. His response did more than pissed me off.

And I apologize for the intellect (or lack thereof) from some of your neighbors from the south.

I too was going to place an order (gears) with him but read enough stuff about his customer service to give me pause. Your post saved me a lot of potential headaches.

I hope that your girlfriend won't think that we all do business like that in the US, because we don't.

As far as that tenblade guy, well we all need one to appreciate the contrast.

I won't stir the pot, but the shipping fiasco sounds like bullshit. We ship a LOT between canada and the US using all major services and we have issues less than 1% of the time.
