Default S2000 show car.

I don't understand, I've seen this ad for over a year for sale now and he hasn't budged on his 50k price. I don't get why people spend so much money just to end up selling something that doesn't apreciate when mods are added.

I have seen this car at a few shows. It's over the top, caters to a very narrow category of personal taste (ie. no one but the owner will likely care for the way it's done up) and priced as though he's trying to recoup the costs spent on it. His best bet is to part it out to the various divergent markest that want the parts (ICE to the audio guys, wheels to the DUB crowd, stock S2K back to the S2K people etc).

You can't have your cake and eat it too in the car modding world.

Aside from being one of a kind lame, it could be also a W.M.S (wife mandated sale) :0

people who show their cars live in a different world than the average folk. I kinda like the car if it's making 500 hp, low miles, and is in mint shape, there are some nice parts on that car. The dollar values are crazy but show cars are like that for the most part. If I sunk $200,000 into a $15k dollar car my wife would definitely be forcing the sale like Starchland noted, lol.
