Me thinks this must be a very cool Canadian thing!

 

Take the test, it's a slightly higher premium but could save you 3 years of insurance hikes.

Unless you wanna fight it in court and gamble the occifer won't show up for it.

 

Only certain Police divisions offer this "refresher" test. If the cop sees this is your first offence then he/she may give you the option to write this test at their local division. You pay the police department, write this test and then they tear up the ticket.... sounds like a good cash grab for the police eh?

 

I know I'm getting old, but how can it be your first speeding ticket ever when you already got one in the RSX?

BTW- I think this write test is the coolest thing I have ever heard! I would do this in a second given the chance.
