Suggestions on where to get a good alignment?
I just came back from Scott today after a much needed alignment.
I knew it was in his backyard so I wasn't as shocked.. He did an awesome job. The car felt a 1000 times better when I got it on the road after...granted my alignment was completely mangled before I got to him.
The simple fact that he does a good job, for anyone inthe Mississauga/oakville region, he is closer than speedstar, charges less than speedstar and for that matter most other shops... I don't see why you would go anywhere else..

Thanks Frank - right after my post I called Scott and booked an appointment. Looking forward to a solid track day at Mosport GP this Tuesday!!!
I got mine done at altech in etobicoke... great guys to deal with. He will do EXACTLY what you want in terms of camber, toe etc and best part is 60 BUCKS for full alignment ... ya you heard me right 60 BUCKS. If you know what you want done/ just want the car returned to stock alignment bring it to him.
This and this.
I went to a popular local shop for a baseline alignment just to make my car driveable, having changed 3 different suspension components. Took it to Scott 1 week later to do a proper track alignment, corner balance and rear toe curve adjustment. All I'm gonna say is that the shop that did the alignment the week before was way off from the specs I gave them and from the printout they gave me.
I think you need to understand the mindset of the tech doing the work.
Scott: From his house, his own business, making sure the customer is happy and doing a good job is his #1 priority for repeat business.
Scott is a great guy and he loves what he does. I for one wouldn't worry about nickel and dime when it comes to giving business to a guy that WILL do the job right, doesn't rush, knows the car and appiecates the business. There a lot of adjustment on s2000's and it takes more time then most cars, $100 is fair.
Whether your a track head or clueless and just want an alignment, you just talk to him about what you want and he will set you up right the first time.
One of the best things I did for this community is to ask Scott to do a group buy for us, he is a reliable and honest guy.
