Upgraded front pads are a good idea, Hawk Plus work well. Motul 600 other racing brake fluid. Tires, of course, should be decent. A baffled oil pan is not required on this track. There are no long sweeping hi speed corners. It's a very tight technical track. What we used to call a 'scratchers track'.

If it's your first time out, just run what ya brung and take it easy until you learn the track. It ain't a race.

I just checked the weather network and POP is only 20% tomorrow evening (Wednesday) in Cayuga.

The car will be fun in its stock form, to be honest I had more fun just lapping then I did when I was chasing lap times.

Run your oem pads and brakes. It'll be fine.
I ran there twice this year on oem stuff and I got very little brake fade.
Only when I started doing Grand Bend was I getting heavy fade.

I just installed my new carbotech pads last night but if you're just starting out you'll be good especially running regular street tires.

I am also not running a baffled pan. I ordered the J's one but its coming from Japan so it will be another month to get here.

I'm driving down from London.
