hello all, i ordered a black 02 s2k today...salesman said it'll probably arrive in toronto within two weeks from quebec..

anyone know where can i buy a hardtop for the car in canada?
because the duty taxes...also is there any shop that sells s2000 performance parts such as suspension, and all those accessories? i'm basically looking for suspensions...Teins and Hi-Tech..

I would suggest you drive the car for a while before you delve into the modifications. I have heard that Tiens have too short a shock stroke on a lowered S2000 and that something like Zeal is better.

 

yea...i figured would be better for me to run in first...before i do anything to the car...

i really like the japan version white s2000...if the salesman cant find any black s2000 around toronto i might ask him to try get me a white one from japan if possible... = P

 

I agree with S2kRob...track your car first, see what it can do stock then decide what changes to make. I think you will be surprised at what it can do stock.

I found a MY 2000 with 22,000 km for only $35000 in the paper today. What's going on, that's nuts. We should do our part and not let our cars sell for so little money.

You could always buy this one and mod the crap out of it with the left over money if that's your thing.

 

I didn't know u could get a white in Canada? I thought you could only get white in US? But which dealership did u go and which sale person? If he told u that he could order one from Japan, why can u get a Monte Carlo Blue from Japan or Germany?

 

oh...i went to roadsport, salesman named Peter.

he said if he can't find any new s2000 in Quebec he'll have to order from Japan manufacory. so i think might as well ask him to get me a white one since its available in Japan.. =)

the white is not made for the Canadian market.......do you not understand this?
