I'm just thinking about tech inspection. It will NEED to be done before the bmw school.

Mine had 2 chips in it when I bought it and had them filled at a local auto glass place for about $20 each. Doing so may have prevented the chips from turning into cracks but when the sun is out, I can see the black lines from where they filled the chips. And of course, both are on the driver's side of the windshield.

So if you do end up replacing your windshield, i'd be interested in knowing the costs and how it worked out.

I booked at speedy autoglass by my place for saturday.

They want 3-4h to do a good job.

$374.21+tax without using insurance. It's not OEM but aparently it's the exact same without the honda silkscreen.

Seals and whatnot have a lifetime Warranty.

Mine's got an aftermarket PPG windshield on it, it's better then the OEM one, hasn't pitted nearly as bad as the original
