the motor oil part i believe the general consensus is before and after
but what about the others?

Brake Fluid and Clutch Fluid should be done every 2 years regardless
Transmission fluid and rear diff fluid can be done after winter but its not as important as it is sealed.
Engine oil is the big thing because leaving older motor oil inthe engine, the contaminates in the motor oil can increase in acidity which in turn is not good for engine parts.
Spring time comes, i change ALL the fluids regardless...Motor oil, Coolant, brake fluid, trans and diff etc...
