Any testimonials on fit and finish? The clear and smoked ones look great in pics.
Yes any testimonials??? I am hesitant about ordering these due to headlights I have seen in the past collecting moisture inside.
anybody bought these yet how are they compare to the oem ap2 headlights side by side and projector wise
Pics of headlight cut off in action would be great!
Are these headlight same as "spyder" headlights
i bought these 10 business days ago, they havent come in yet but im located in Toronto and it is the holiday season so id expect it to take a bit longer. When they come in il get pics and a review written for you guys. Although the price does seem excellent and these guys were extremely easy to deal with and responded quick to emails and p.m's. Im assuming i was one of the first to bite the bullet, so far so good.
JUST GOT THEM IN!... omw to work right now so not much time to inspect them but they look AMAZING! ... fit and finish on one headlight is perferect... the other has a little bit of sealent overflow at the corner but nothing big/ that you can see once the headlight is on. will get pics up when i can. Overall VERY impressed so far. Now for the install!
edit: for canadian buyers... shipping was cheap and no border fee :o ezmotoring i know you guys are just starting up but a little tip lol send out boxes that have your name somewhere on it! Told my brother to accept packages only from ezmotoring and its written no where on the box. So far great job though! shipping and communication was on par! |

In that case these are the cut off pics!
Oem Attachment 107250 Spyder Attachment 107251 Still trying to adjust height trying to figure out the proper setup since I realize my Oem was even :/ I thought driver side is lower on most cars haha So far no problems only warnin is during install try not to let anything fall into the headlight because once its in there it's in there! |
^how far away were you from the wall? it looks quite close or it could just be a visual illusion.
Maybe 5 feet?
Definitely need a shot much further away from the wall to see how the projectors are. That's where you will see all the glare spots if there are any.

It's a visual (appearance) upgrade while getting a visual down grade... :D
I do not suggest getting these expecting 900 dollar headlights but If you buy them know that you get what you pay for.. When I drive with these I almost feel as if I'm driving use the glare or reflection of the headlight but when I point them down I can't see far enough toward 10 ft away? Attachment 107244 Dead spots... Attachment 107245 |
they look good
Ah damn. Too bad the projectors aren't good like oem. If it was easy to retrofit orm projectors in would be sweet.
I can't see it being to hard to take your existing projectors and putting them in the new housings from ezmotoring.
Can you go to a dark place and take pics 20 ft away from a wall and take a pic out of your car? That'd be great. From the last pic it just looks like the light out put is just horrible. |

We have confirmed that the projectors can be swapped in pretty easy. Of course it would involve taking the headlights apart. The mounting points of the projector bracket is a direct swap. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us and our staff will respond as quickly as possible. |

The EZMotoring S2000 headlights are pretty good for their price. I'm going to do a write up on how the ap1 or ap2 stock projectors mount right onto the EZMotoring headlights.
Box it came in. Would rate packaging 10/10. Attachment 106958 Headlights Attachment 106959 Attachment 106960 After opening the headlights. I decided to swap TRS's (tsx-r lens) on to the stock projectors. Attachment 106961 When removing the screws for the mounts, be sure to swap the stock with the EZMotoring mounts. It just screws off with pliers EZMotoring Mount (Use screwdriver to remove) Attachment 106962 OEM Mount (Use pliers to screw off) Attachment 106963 Swapped Lens Attachment 106964 The EZMotoring on top vs. the oem ap1 projector after lens swap Attachment 106965 Done swapping. It's complete! Attachment 106966 reinstalled Attachment 106967 Attachment 106968 Cutoff and flicker from the projectors. I still need to seat the bulb on the projector better to get a sharper cut off, but the flicker has blue and purple in it. really nice. Attachment 106969 Attachment 106970 Overall, I'm pretty pleased with how well these came out. An upgrade from my faded yellowed headlight lens and condensated headlights from my ap1 headlights. I would say their customer service is top notch and would really recommend these headlights. Fitment is nice too. Customer Service- 10/10 Quality- 9/10 Fitment- 9/10 Overall look- 10/10 |
Very nice. So you just swapped out your old ap1 lenses into the new head light assembly? Did you have to bake them in order to take the cover off?
I swapped the whole projector assembly. The lens are tsx-r lens from the retrofit source to make the cutoff clearer. i used a heat gun and butyl tape, but oven works fine too.
Easy process? Any more pics of the both headlights on in the night to see the light output once installed? Does it look like just like stock? I know they are now stock projectors but maybe installed in these would be different positioning or snything
It's a decently easy process. Opening and sealing headlights in my opinion is always a pain haha. It does look exactly like stock with the exception of clear reflectors. Fitment is probably a 8/10. Light output is exactly like oem too because it is oem projectors.
Ok nice. Yeah I have baked headlights before so know that part. Is everything else just unscrewing the projectors and screwing into th new housing?
yup
Thanks for the good write up krzaznboy
Did you have to take the reflector part out of the oem headlights to make them work?
EZMotoring- No problem man...so about those floor mats ahaha :]
Moddiction- The only thing that is swapped from the oem to the aftermarket headlights is the projector attached to the high beam assembly and the adjusting bolt shown in the pictures |
Ah ok. Didn't realize those were attached. Thanks.

Stated a group buy in another thread? when will this happen? also price point?
yes, group buy will be setup within this week
Might sound stupid but the $396 shipped is for a PAIR of headlights correct? Direct plug and play?
Yes, as of right now price is $396 for Original OEM styles. They are a direct replacement but you will need to reuse everything (ex: your screw, bulbs, & ballast). Its only for the headlights.
Can't wait to hear about group buy , ready to hear about it!
I have an AP1 and would like AP2 style headlights, can I use my old bulbs and ballasts with the AP2 style headlight?
bump it up!
I want the black/clear ap1 but why can't these be $350!!! lol
Black Housing/ Amber Corners
Does this mean the AP2 headlights can be bought without the CCFL halos? |
yes, we have these available without the CCFL
PMed

Any chance in offering these cheaper without the projectors or anything inside for those wanting to swap in the oem guts?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer that option as of now. We will put it into consideration in the future.
Let me know if that happens! I am sure many many people would be down!
We will announce it if we do, Moddiction.

Please pm when you do the group buy, I'm really interested in the ap2 clear lenses.
