Seems like a lot less activity in this section since they made it into a Tampa only section, maybe its just me.

 

yeah I agree but most of our activity that is non-meet oriented seems to be in the "social" threads that live (correctly IMHO) in the main FL forum. I see the main FL forum as a place for these non-region specific threads....check out this CF Veyron...Im bored at work etc type of threads. those types of threads can exist in our sub forums but the main forum being the first stop anyway seems to be the best place to put those because of the traffic it gets.

My hopes is that these subforums will serve to be a place for region specific questions (any good tuners in the Tampa area?...etc) and meets for that particular area (sonic on hillsborough this sat..etc)

at first it may seem to be more steps and more forums you have to watch but in the long run I think it will be a more easy beast to navigate. Once everybody gets into the groove, it should be quick and easy to see what is going on all over state.

 

I only wish that the jump button on the bottom defaulted to the main Florida forum instead of the Forum Home.

 

i agree. i actually like the new layout. much easier to find "tampa" events here and find florida bs in the main florida forum.

 

 

Wow I never knew anyone used the jump buttons. I find it infinitely easier to scroll to the very top of the page and click on one of the "Forums > North America East > Florida S2000 Owners > Tampa" links, because it has the lineage to the forum you are in so I can jump back to whichever one I want. I suggest you try it out!

I use the "mysk" link alot. as long as I am in a thread in a forum I can jump around anywhere.
