Air Diverter Question
My car is pretty much 100% stock (2008 AP2). A friend is offering me a possibly good deal on a Mishimoto air diverter (http://www.mishimoto.com/mishimoto-h...ate-00-05.html).
Will this interfere with air flow to my stock air box? It looks like the stock air box is pretty close to that area so I don't want to mess anything up.

A lot of us run cooling plates mainly for the aesthetic value but for the airflow as well. I have had mine on for at least 3 years and I run a stock airbox. no problems. I would recommend you research the various plates out there...not that the Mish wouldn't be awesome...but there are many choices. GL!
BTW...if cooling is your concern then get rid of that OEM radiator before it cracks and leaves you stranded. Get an all aluminum unit like The Mishimoto or the Koyarad. I have had a Koyorad in for over 2 years and is an easy install and you can keep the stock fans. Would recommend some silicone hoses while you're at it....colors available. And hey why not some Password JDM radiator stays (cheap and many colors avail) to finish up the pretty up? I spend other folks money well don't I? LOL.
When I was researching a while back, I saw that if you buy the mishimito plate you have to buy their radiators stays for it to fit. But maybe someone that has the mishimito plate can confirm since I went with the NRG.
