Hey, does anyone know if any junkyards or good places to look for a used AP2 center console?

Don't want to give up my extra 1000 RPMs of VTEC, or my lighter, cooler looking rims, but I would love one of those sweet center consoles. =)

Only teasing, don't want to set off an AP1 vs AP2 firestorm... but if anyone knows where I can find a nice used center console, I'd appreciate it!

As stated this is a popular upgrade for AP1 owners and well worth the money. A good condition used console (Tray, shift boot, cup holder with arm rest) usually goes for around $300. This does not include the leather center console cover to go over the carpet.

You can find them at a junk yard but it is rare unless you know someone and they are on the lookout for you.

I would suggest the following:

1) Post a wanted to buy in the For Sale section, you may get lucky.

2) Contact Puddydad and have him keep an eye out for you, he traffics in parts and may come accross one for you.

3) Purchase a new one! This is the route I went and it cost me a little more but with a discount from a friend not that much more. Try Hard Top Guy's website he has the complete packages and even includes the new flasher switch you will need.
