cereal = I dunno
that cereal recipe is very serious commitment. i am strong but I dont think I am that strong. 15 years ago in Cincinnati....maybe. I was pushing 370 ibs and could have probably downed the cereal but now days...I am a serious light weight as far as stomaching something of that caliber.
