Thumbs up Car Got Hit!

Well I came out of my GF's church on Easter sunday, and as I am walking up to my car I see this black line. At first, I thought it was dirt because my car was pretty dirty . As I get closer and try to rub it off, I then realize that it is not coming off. This was on the driver side "corner" of the rear bumper. Then I look up and notice a more apparent black scuff mark sitting on top of a 5-6" dent

The main damage (i.e. dent and bigger scuff) is on the rear quarter panel near the gas tank.

My question is to you guys are, should I take the car to Kuhn Honda (i used to work there) Or should I take it to superior auto in St. Pete. A friend of mine just took his S to superior after a front end collision, and everything came out great! He has a silverstone and the paint matched perfectly. But I also know that Kuhn does great work as well. So I am torn on where I should take my S.

Any input guys?

Thanks.

that sucks!

I have had alot of work done by Superior Auto over the years and they are great, however they are not cheap....but you get what you pay for.

dude if that ever happened to my car, i wud stakeout in front of the church for the next few sundays, looking for a black car w/yellow scuff or for that contact level. measure from the ground to the center of the dent and that is what u shud look for. then kindly return the favor once you find the car w/that height and color. sux bro. good luck. go w/ the smaller body shop. kuhn will still be expensive.

so none of the good "god fearing" church folk did the right thing by you, which is to leave contact info or stay there until they got in contact with you to own up to the accident?

the shame!

Sux man, I am sorry for your misfortune. it doe snot sound too terribly bad and if you have heard good things about Kuhn then go for it. If you worked there previously you should have a good idea of their level of competence, yes?

When I go to church, I always park in the very back where no one wants to park bc the walk is to far..those old people in the crown vics wouldnt know they hit you if they dragged your car half way down the street!

Sorry guys! I should have mentioned this, but yes the lady who did this did leave her contact info. And her insurance should be contacting me this week.

So it will all be covered, so thats why I was wondering who to take it to? I know that both Kuhn and Superior do great work! I guess in the end, I can't go wrong either way. I just wanted to know if anyone had any preference!

Yea Rob, I do understand how they do business there. And as far as the body shop, and getting any mechanical work there, they are top notch!

But would I buy a car from there? Hmm Doubtful lol.
