whats a map whack????
Whack the Map sensor!

1. Unplug the MAP sensor.
2. Strike it with a rubber handled screw driver or similar. (Not to hard a couple
of times).
3. Plug it up again.

You may wnt to reset the ecu also but not necessary.

Had this problem with a car in the shop... It is probable that your valves need to be adjusted. Thats what fixed this car... we also replaced the injectors which is also another known cause of this. Get in contact with me via pm if you wanna swing by the shop (LHT Performance)

+1 for the right plugs and +2 for a MAP whack.

The OEM NGK is: PFR7G-11S

Here is some pricing...

Honda wants: $27.99 x 4 = $111.96
NAPA wants: $12.99 x 4 = $51.96
Advance wants: $10.00 x 4 = $40.00

Hope that helps.

problem is almost no one stocks those plugs - they will order them in for you, so just call ahead and save a trip.

If you go to an autopart store find out the corect plug you are goin to get and tell them the plug type and number . I strongly recommend that you NOT tell the type of car or give an address . This is yet anothe way some theives are geting to the locations of your prize seats , this is a method used in the past . FYI .
