For those that haven't been to Roux, the food is excellent and worth the trip. I'm tenative + 1, might be in Orlando with family around that time, but will know more the next few days. Missed the last meet, so yeah - I need to be there and meet all of you.
FYI, the parking lot is tight. Maybe they can reserve some spots for us?

Well I was really looking forward to this dinner tonight but the universe does not seem to want me to get there, I got a nail in my tire this morning and it's too close to the sidewall to patch. Really wish I could have made it out sorry guys!
