Default DragonBall Run X signup and planning

Registration is open!

Ok, so after some research (Thanks Barry!!!!) we have determined the actual dates of the Dragon Ball Run this year.

The event runs from Sept 22nd through Sept 27th.

From what Raul(airgate, the organizer) is telling us there will not be anything going on that Wed or Thursday and they are optional. Events will start Friday with the poker run around noon. Dinner on Friday night would be included and a beer/wine/cigar swap is planned for that evening too. Your t-shirts and nametags are collected at this time too.

Saturday is the day of the event on the Dragon...roll-out on Sat morning...lunch at Deal's Gap...group photo and then organized drives. Dinner banquet on Sat night.

Sunday is the last day of the Dragon event.

These are all preliminary details and will become more solid as registration time comes (early July)

NOW

We need to decide what we want to do. Does everyone want to leave early Thursday morning and drive straight to Fontana and get settled and be able to do an early Friday morning Dragon run, or would you like to keep it like was done for WTD and leave Thursday, stay in Dillard and leave Friday morning for Fontana?

Please respond if you want to go and what you prefer as what you'd like to do.

This is my first time planning something like this so bear with me.

1. evil s2k + LittleBlueS2 - IN
2. Indyana - IN(as long as he can work scheduling out)
3. Blacknot (tentative)
4. captainbk (tentative)
5. zacksdad2
6. scutrCR - IN
7. kalibo (98% in)
8. Jack - IN
9. RXDI +1 (tentative)
10. Belowradar (tentative)

You know my story, put me down as tenative and we will se how my work schedule plays out and what it allows me to do. I want to do the event but this is the week of our 2011 planning meeting (budgets set, goals established, etc.) so I have to attend, the question is when can I get away.

I am game for what ever the group wants to do.

Full disclosure, the DBR event includes a visit to the Biltmore on Sunday and Monday which we are electing to not attend.

Gotcha on there now. We hope you can get away from there and you can work something out like we talked about.

Troof! I was going to add this but didnt want to confuse anyone. There will be an event starting Sunday to head to the Biltmore and stay a night there. But as Barry said I'm planning(for our group) to not attend that. But by all means if you want to do that go for it!

I thought it was worht mentioning in case folks start seeing info on it and wonder whats up or worse yet question the planner on his knowledge of what is really going on.
