I'm looking to get a proximity alarm for the good 'ol s2k.

Anyone know a place thats competent and wont rip me off? Any makes/models recommended?

I have a Viper. Make sure they mount the proximity sensor up in the secret compartment.

I had my Viper alarm installed with proximity sensors a few years ago. My remote went bad, I bought a new one, and Soundwaves reprogram it for me for nothing.
