While waiting to merge back onto Brain Dairy Rd out of a gas station, the guy infront of me decides he wants to make a pay phone call and backs right into me.

Never even saw me and i was catty corner behind him. A simple rear view mirror or side mirror check would have saved me.

I have all his personal info but no insurance so far. And I was dumb and did not get the police involved. I was not thinking clearly and I was raging pretty hard. A serious lack of judgement on my part.

if this guy has no insurance, there is not much a police short form will do anyways, but I still should have gotten it on record. I am a dufus

Front end Trashed... all cosmetic but the INGS front is done

I may be done with this car I just cant seem to stay ahead of the karma curve

Hopefully he has Insurance, but if he didn't give you the Insurance information on scene I wouldn't hold out much hope he has it or it is still in force.

As for the Police report, many won't even respond anymore if their are no injuries, given the no fault nature of Insurance and uninsured Motorist coverage we must carry.
