Need your Prayers

I just learned from Scott (Zacksdad2) that his Mother passed away today. Please keep Scott & his family in your prayers during this most difficult time. I will post up details of the funeral as they become available.
I will be sending flowers and or making a donation depending on the family’s wishes. If anyone would like to join me on behalf of the S2K community please send me a PM.
Zacksdad2's Mother is in ICU and needs your Prayers. The prognosis is not promising.
Scott and his son Chris were here in Alabama for the Indycar Race tomorrow and he just got word and is driving home tonight to be with her and his Father.
If I hear any new information I will post up when I can.

Hello Friends ...............
To see this kind of thread and the comments posted, just continues to emphasize what a Class Act Community we have. I truely appreciate and value each and every one of you; espicially in this special time of need.
My folks have meet many of you at several meets and even made the trek up to the Dragon 2 years back in their lightning fast Ford Freestar Minivan to be with us in our annual jaunt. Their 55+ years of marriage are a testament to how committed they are to each other, and have been to support me and my immediate family with all of the fun hobby's I've been involved with. These two people are the most incredible non-judgemental folks to walk the planet in the past Century. I only hope that I can reflect on their actions & example and implement them into my remaning years as well.
To date: Mom has had some serious complications for well over a year now since her surgery last March. Several major organs are just flat out failing with no visable means of recovery. The experts here at University Community Hospital in Tampa are doing everthing they know possible to make her comfortable. They are just flat out black belts in whay they do and have compassion beyond definition.
Many of you have already been through this and unfortunately, many of you will be in this same position in the years to come. Hopefully, through this Commuinty, your comfort and endurance will be felt the same way that we have experienced.
