Give me a freaking break....Well they removed my CO title but apparently this wasnt good enough of a "CO election" thread so some person will probably start a new one from the admin team...
What a backward ass way to run a site. Lets see....canidates proposed: 1. Election process for 1 person? Seems unecessary to me. Oh well. Ron, hopefully they don't screw you out of it.

the whole make a nom thread and then make a voting thread is understandable but hard to work out in certain situations. Since my last tenure as a CO in here, it has become less and less about nominations and voting and more about approaching people you (as a CO) feel are qualified and proactive/enthusiastic enough to carry the torch.
we are not a dramatic bunch so the structure of the process does not need to be as stringent as say South FL. that place was a mess back when the stricter CO procedures were put into place.
do what needs to be done, but Ron would not get the nod from us if he was not a great choice for this community. Just saying

Couldn't have said it any better. (and hey! I loved being South Florida CO. WTD Latin Cabin 2006
