I am shopping for tires and starting looking at wheels as well and found these
They are OZ Alleggerita HLT
High Light Technology (HLT) for ultra lightweight and strength
One-piece, cast construction
Snap-in, exposed lug cap
Select fitments in stock. Some fitments special order and delivered in approximately 60 days.
Center cap shown included at no charge.
Manufactured in Italy
Anyone have any experience with OZ Wheels?
PS. Disregard the lug pattern, it is the only picture Tire Rack shows
Barry, those will look spectacular on your ride! I'm too lazy to go look...what's the price per wheel and what size you looking at?
As to experience w/ OZ. They make all the Indy wheels (i have hundreds of pics f/ the SPGP). They also have been making rally wheels for years. I've been a fan for as long as i've been into imports. I'd bet selling your AP2V2's would pay for those no problem.
i know of a guy that got the superleggras or the ultraleggras. he said he liked them but the inside of the rim cracked on him. he never tracked it and got it brand new. if he got them to fix it i dont know.
Sad part is, I've heard stories of just about every wheel broken by somebody on some forum. Supra drivers, subies, mustangs, BMW, etc. you never know w/ wheels on a street car. I've had cheap wheels outlast expensive ones and have had 4 sets of assorted wheels in the past 6 years....to be quite honest, I trust the OZ name.....maybe even moreso than Enkei, Konig, etc.

I am familiar with OZ wheels and their use in Indycar and other forms of racing I just didn't know if anyone had any knowledge of their street wheels (pros & cons)
