I would suggest you to go with the option #2. The first option might give you too much down force and you might end up flipping your car at a high speed turn. But .... you do need a hardtop to go with option #2... tough call..

 

i think the one light up one light down is a good idea so you get less drag from having both lights up in option 2 . Who needs 2 anyways .

 

dont forget about the gauge turned backward on the hood of the 2nd car
