Ok kiddos,


We got the sign ups and now we have RV spot and RV Thanks to Sortarican (jeff) and Christie. WOOOOOOOOOOT!!!!!

we have also negotiated empanadas from Jeff and Christie as well!!! AWESOME!

What we need now is ideas for food and drinks you guys want on hand. KEEP IN MIND: no coolers or anything brought through the General Admission gates, so....if you want adult beverages, you will need to make arrangements with one of the people with Area 1 (RV area) parking passes to help you out with that. Not my rules, sorry. I just don't want anyone lugging stuff to the regular gate and getting turned away, that would suck.


So post up ideas for grilling food, snack items, fruit, sodas, drinks whatever. we will be as accommodating as we can. We may need a sponsor for lobster tails and ribeyes etc. LOL


Look in this thread too for announcements regarding when we get the decals and when the decal party event will happen etc.

another thing right off the bat. We will need keys from anyone parking at the RV site. we will keep them secure but we must be able to move the vehicles if the owners are away at other parts of the track AND I wont let ANYONE leave the site if they are drunk. We have plenty of room and comfort to "sleep it off" if the need arises. I care about you guys and gals and want you to have fun but... I wont let you have a lapse in judgement if i can help it.

Since I just got back from dinner, what are dinner plans after the parade Thursday night?

Obviously Dogs & Burgers are grill friendly and easy to make. The flow of food prep usually means cooking in batches so I would say stay with what is easy.

It would be nice if on Friday night we had a "special dinner" we could do a pot luck or organize a dinner where we agree on a main course for the grill and everyone who is staying for it chip in $$ for the food. Lobster Tails, Prawns, Steaks, etc. Just a thought................


As for Thursday evenings dinner, I suggest Outback or a Japaneese Hibachi Steak House.

 

Outback for Thursday night would be good. They have been good to us in the past..

 

All I know is I'm getting empanadas.

Besides that I'm down for whatever.!
