Default Rattling from rear

hey guys, question about where this rattling in the inside rear of my car is coming from. it sounds like it is coming from- where the top meets the body if that makes sense. i took out the spare tire and took out the plastic panel that covers the spare. so that wasnt the problem. the noise gets really loud when i hit rpm range 3k to 5k in every gear.
please help me

Check the plastic of the rear deck, there are 4 pieces left, right, middle, and the vertical one, they can be noisy

what about the trunk springs, fuel tank access cover (one 3 screws hold it in place, fuel take pipes (that could be a real issue if that's where it's coming from.
might be the roll hoops, or the seat belt mounts

i'm trying to think of what else could rattle if it wasn't tight. i doubt it but what about something loose on the exhaust?

it is def coming from inside the car. tank pipes seem sturdy. the tank cover is a possiblility but it seems like it is coming from higher up than there. im stumped thanks for the help tho

sonic resonance can be a real pita. it could amplify a problem and make it hard to determine the source.

I would go to Harbor Freight (if you have a local one) or on-line and order a mechanics stethoscope. when they are on sale there are 2.00 otherwise they are 5-6

have someone on the gas, and use the scope to pinpoint the problem

Just a thought...................................
