Rays Baseball Game Meet
We are running out of schedule to get this meet going, on a personal note my schedule has been very hectic and I apologize for not getting this done before now.
Based on the many comments in the original Poll thread it looks like the best weekend left on the schedule is September 19th & 20th. The Rays play both days (Saturday night & Sunday afternoon).
Please vote for which day is best for you or if either day will work then post your vote so we can start a roll call. Normally I would just pick a date and run with it but in the interest of accommodating the most people possible we will go with the day with the most votes.
The Cutoff for signing up will be Tuesday September 8th. Money will be collected and tickets purchased. We can then finalize the meeting location with pre or post game activities.
If we get 20 or more people we can get group ticket prices however even if we don't reach that number we can still get tickets in the upper deck infield between $10 & $20 each. So if you are budgeting figure no more than $20 per ticket and most likely less than that. More expensive seats are available however given the current economic times I think keeping the cost as low as possible serves everyone best.
