From: Behind you. Yep, I'm there.
As most of you know a good amount of history with my car. Seems like an eterinty that I just wanted to go FI, and after settling in FL I spun a rod bearing on stock internals.
The inside joke has been that Raven has parts to an S2000, or talks about owning one, posts pictures of an empty engine bay.
Well no more!
After a new rebuild that took a whole year, my car went through a crisis. Three HG changes, and a second tear down. I was notified that the original machine work on the sleeving, just to hone cylnders was done improperly. Some bad blood was exchanged with a couple of members here, and after the discovery of the bottom end being the culprit. I apoligized to those involved. We have all moved on from that day, and we are all cool with each other.
Back in October when I returned from my oversea's tour. I picked up my motor in pieces from another machine shop. I started rebuilding my motor to run into a problem. Pistons "rocked" back and forth in the cylnders, and you can see the rings.
I called Jeff Carlton, who most of you know. After talking on the phone he wanted to take on the task of rebuilding the motor. He told me he partnered up with Bobby at S&R Performance.
I brought everything down in pieces, which is any mechanics worst nightmare. I helped lay out all the pieces and let them go from there.
Everything moved along smoothly, and much faster than I was use to. (I was use to it taking six months to get parts)
After the birth of my son, I was told my car was ready to accept delivery. I was down the next day after making sure my son was all right. (Hospital stay, another story sometime).
I have driven the car to the shops instructions. No problems with the build at all. In fact the car is at the shop having the top and bottem end torque specs checked.
Only a couple of very slow leaks were noticed, and were corrected the next day after a phone call just as I was asked to do.
I will enjoy driving this car for as long as I have it. Most of you know I have a FS thread, if I have my way I won't have to sell it. But for the sake of my family it is available at the moment.
S&R Performance gets my recomondation. As most of you know details, and how long it has taken for me to reach this day. That is a powerfull statement.
Customer service is top shelf. The guys have been great. I enjoy being asked who did the work and I point to the T-Shirt that I wear a lot when I drive the car.
Feel free to stop by sometime. Some of you have all ready.
See you guys out on the road.

Thanks for all the kind words. We were happy to help you out. I hope you have may happy years with it or you get all the money you want out of it.

That is the plan. Who knows what lie's around the corner. Though anything is for sale for the right price.
Hopefully something happens, so I can just close that thread.
