Her 2001 got hit while in the parking lot () and needs some work.

Anyone have any suggestions/cost? Should she just call her insurance company?

Also, her right soft top latch is broken in the closed position -- the button to unlatch it "just fell off".

How the heck can I get it opened for her?

Get in touch with Ben , Puddysdad . He has all sorts of parts . If it is just a matter of replacing the fender and paint , jcarlton knows painters or Kuhn Collision @ Florida Ave. Ben might have the latch too

no problem , Ben is in Brooksville but can help with the install too . He know these cars very well and rebuilds diffs and other parts for the S also

 

ask VVS (james) if its a comp claim, I believe it is. does not affect premium.
