Softop Replacement Advise

I am about to remove my 00 top and replace it with I believe an 07 (frame and motor included). Any advise? Gotchas? I've read most of the DIY posts in this forum.

If you want it done RIGHT take it to LHT, from what I understand its a PAIN if you dont know what youre doing

Paul at LHT will be doing mine as well.....someday when i can save some dough to buy a new top

I kinda want to do it myself so, I can say I did it and at the same time learn. From what I read, it was painful process but I barely use my car so, I have time.
