Is there anything thing I should look for when buying an S2000? I currently have a GST Eclipse that Im selling, so this is a whole new world for me.

 

Maintenance records, check the mileage and Honda's suggested maintenance - ask what's been replaced. Of course a full car inspection and test drive - go through each of the gears a few times. Check fluid levels. Check tires for tread remaining. Bumpers for accidents. Run Carfax/Autocheck on it.

If I were you I'd take someone with you to get a second opinion on the car. The best person would be someone experienced from these boards. There's a meet tomorrow in Wesley Chapel, you should swing by and meet some people maybe you'll find someone to help you there.

 

There are large lists of stuff to look for in the main forums also. Some bigger concerns in AP1 vs AP2 also.

Thanks for the input! I will be purchasing a used S2K, I wish I could afford a brand new one but I just purchased a house so it will prob end up being an AP1.
