OK Kids, here is a list of some of the upcoming events that are being planned between now and the SPGP Weekend.

I will start a seperate thread for each event as we get closer to each with more detailed information and a sign up. Use this to mark your calendars.

Thursday 3/12 - Tilted Kilt Clearwater (already planned) Done

Saturday 3/14 - Courtney Campbell Causeway (Chris's planned event) Done


Sunday 3/15 - Veterans 24/Bostons Brunch/Lunch & a Movie. To be rescheduled for 3/22
Thursday 3/19 - Moes (Brandon or Tampa) Replaced with the Quaker Steak event on 3/18

Saturday 3/21 - AM - Cars & Coffee See sign up thread

Saturday 3/21 - PM - Karting & Dinner See sign up thread

Thursday 3/26 - Dinner TBD (Suggestions?)

Saturday 3/28 - AM - Festival of Speed Straub Park St. Pete

Saturday 3/28 - PM - Dinner @ Columbia Rest. St. Armands Circle Sarasota.

Thursday 4/2 - Dinner downtown St Pete (TBD) after the Parade

im thinkin dinner for that thursday could be....bahama breeze? Also, in tampa palms there is a great place called "The Lime" which is tex-mex style. We could always do a place in channelside like Splitsville. Thats always good fun. Those have been on my mind for awhile.

Also, for the dinner @ the columbia, were you thinkin about doin a cruz? possibly start at anna maria and drive up the coast and stuff? I did that with the woman last summer and it was a fun trip. Just throwing this out there.

if we meet for dinner after the thrusday parade, it will need to be away from the pier area. the whole site is basically ransacked with a huge VIP event...that is actually where I believe you will be dropping off the parade people after the parade

 

I just saw a decaled up silverstone s this morning driving on 41 in land o lakes. I was like wow what are the odds.

 

O BOY!! Sounds like a very fun month!! I plan on attending many of the events, especially festival of speed.
