Just checking in and making sure everyone in the area is ok with all of this rough weather the past day.

Luckily our area has faired pretty well, no flooding or tornados. Just a bunch of wind and rain.

Doing ok, some flooding and some downed trees in our immediate area. Waters Ave just south of us was flooded and cars were stranded. My brother said he had around 11 inches of rain, Parents house had about 9 inches of rain, if I have to guess we got about 6-8 inches as well, not to mention Tornado "Warnings" at least 3 times. Stay safe out there, heaven forbid if we ever get a Cat +3 storm what it would do to the bay area. Just crazy.

Shit, I'd even say that if we were on the wrong side of a Cat 1 most of this area would be in big trouble.

We've been fine in our area though and for the most part it was just a windy and rainy storm until last night when a bad squall came through and we had tornado warnings and reports of tornados in the area...that was the only time I was really concerned about anything.

No flooding for us, and we dont have any large trees so no issues with that either.

lots of rain, wind, and narrow misses with cells, spouts, and twisters.

had to stay home from work today because all of my routes to work were plagued with flooding somewhere along the route.

living diretly on the water, you come to expect the flooding. Thats what the super high insurance premiums are for.
