Default Where to get CFH recleared?

My hood has the dreaded "sun spots"...does any one know a good place to get it recleared? I am in Tampa, but willing to drive a reasonable distance to get it done. Thanks.

Was it a shop locally or a member? I am open to offers if anyone will help me restore the hood. For the time I have swapped back on the OEM hood so if I have to drop it off somewhere, there wont be any issues. Thanks for all your help.

It was an owner that on a day of boredome decided to start wetsandin . Not sure of the experience he has in this but it might be worth the effort .

This will not work if the clear has broken thrugh though . This would be the white spotting . If it is just dulling it should

The way to fix it is to have it wetsanded and recleared. I had the same problem and that fixed it right up. I will try to drop a line to my friend who did it. i will get back to you. He is in Fort Meade.
