He is the only alignment guy there so make sure you schedule it on a day he is working. You also have to set the appointment through the service department in advance, no walk ins which kinda sucks.

To be honest, he is a great alignment guy but....I do plan on taking my street car to Vinny and give him a shot so I can have a possible plan B in the future.

 

I think I'll give the Vinny guy a shot. Anyone know if I have to call and request him specifically or do we have to send him a text etc?

 

Ethier call and ask for him or just ask for him when you walk in. Just let him know you've heard good things and tell him what you are trying to do with your car and he'll hook you up!

 

I just ended up going to Firestone Saturday morning, I couldn't wait with new tires and springs. I looked up where that Gateway tire is, holy ghetto area. He ( that Vinny guy) needs to find a better location to be at.
