Hey guys, I have been talking to Jason about when we want to leave. Were talking about leaving as of now the nashville no later than 8am. I would like ot know what you all thought about leaving earlier than 8.

Unfortunately, I have some sad news. We will not be coming down next weekend. My friend's dad is in the hospital and not doing so well. He's not expected to live very much longer. I'm sure you guys understand. Perhaps another time, we will make it down.

 

Sorry to hear man.. I just lost my stepdad a couple months ago... we'll keep them in our prayers.

Only 5 more days till the dragon. Well after checking the tail of the dragon website, it looks like the THP was out in force last weekend causing trouble for everybody. I just hope that it wont be as bad this weekend even though there are a couple of meet/rally's going on.

Something tells me with the holiday weekend, one of two things will occur.

A. THP is going to live on the Dragon trying to bust up the groups or

B. THP is going to be soooo busy watching the major interstates that the Dragon will have to be an afterthought or a concern after the fact.

 

They can't catch me!!!

 

Jason I like that thought. I was thinking if they are sitting on the dragon then we can make a pass or two then come back to it later on in the day once they have left. It looked like they left around 3 or so last weekend out there. Also who is up for some go kart action later on that night at the nascar speed park in pegion forge?

How far is that from the Dragon?

 

What from the dragon? the go kart place? Its about 25 miles at most, I figured that we would go grab some dinner in Gatlinburg and then who ever wanted to could go ride go karts. Or we could make some more runs on the dragon at night. But I would love to go grab some food with everybody.
