My dealer doesn't offer loaner cars either. It's pretty expensive for a dealer to buy and maintain a fleet of loaner cars. AHM doesn't pay for them, the dealer does.

As far as the P0411 goes it's usually caused by screwed up vacuum hoses for the air injection system.

Thank You Sir

BTW

Our dealer doesn't maintain a fleet of cars either, just gives us a car off the lot.

I worked as a Service Advisor at a GM Stealership, we gave cars off the lot to use a loaners as well. But we gave used cars.

It's really amazing that a dealership has no cars or like a special 20$ day type of rental thing.
I assume you live near Crest Honda then? Your Avatar says "Nashville" I am not surprised that they don't - you would have to walk over to the pimp ride dealership and buy a Cadillac then you would get access to the loaner and other perks. I have found that kind of service only to be indicative of "luxury car" dealerships. I can't say that I'm 100% satisfied with Waltrip. Although they got my @$$ out of a sling by putting oem tires back on my rear wheels they totally refused to address a problem with my passenger side window not rolling up correctly and a sqeaking sound in my passenger door that you can hear over the stereo. It seems to me that if it isn't something that a 1 7 year old can't replace outright then it just gets ignored. Sorry if any of you are 17. Maybe I should reword it by saying "it is like they have me working back there!" because I wouldn't know the 1st thing to do.
