so i am pre-approved and what not for a house and am wanting ot pick one up in the next few months, the only thing is i wanna stay as close ot 120k as possible since i will be living alone and wanna still afford another s2k or evo this fall and still have a house....the only other stipulations are atleast a 1 car garage and with in 30-35 minute drive from springfield.... pretty much no further south than jake's area....anyone have any suggestions or noticed any good places....

 

Im not sure of the Prices here, but there are a TON of houses that have went up for sale in the past 2 weeks.

I think most start in the 140s-ish (new) So Im not sure if you can catch someone and score a good deal or not. may be worth looking into

 

There's a bunch of places by me you could afford. I'm 5-10 min from Jake.

If you move by Jake or in that area...140k would work out to around 1k month for mort./taxes/insurance.

portland in northern sumner county would have some homes that easily meet that criteria

 

hell mosta northern sumner county in general meets that criteria cottontown would be a good area too off of 25...theres some areas in white house too i bet
