I happened to be driving through Johnson City this afternoon and saw a fellow S2000 enthusiast. We both pulled off the road and talked for a few moments. I informed him I was a member of S2000 International, but he stated that he was not a member (though he had heard about it). The gentlemans name was Aaron and he was driving a MY2000 S2000 (red/black). He was a really nice individual, and said there were quite a few other S2000 owners in Johnson City.
I also saw a black/black S2000 w/ a Sullivan county license plate at Grady's American Grill this afternoon as well (also in Johnson City). I did not see the owner(s) of the vehicle ...but hopefully they browse this bulletin board.
Hopefully the local S2000 owners will organize a group meet or preferably a group drive sometime soon.
You dont happen to be the guy driving a white s2k with curly hair usually wearing a hat. I see a white one in town all the time dont know if its you. Anyways I live in JC and anytime anyone is interested we'll go ride. My next door neigbors race motorcycles and have shown me quite a few awesome roads especailly near greenville. Here is a pic of my ride:

Sorry ...my hair is fairly short. In all honesty, I am not down around Johnson City that often. I live in Bristol and most of the time can be found on U.S. Hwy. 421 going between here and Mountain City, TN - or other various rural roads.
I would love for some of the Tri-Cities owners to meet up sometime and possibly have dinner. That would be quite a photo opportunity.
I am interested in a drive. I will be out of town the next two weekends for track events though. Shoot me an e-mail offline or a private message and we can work out the details.
