so.
after mis-shifting and over-revving a while ago, I thought that there would surely be top-end damage done, which I was prepared for (had big plans for cams etc).
well, car went to a mechanic the other day and the head looks fine.
he started it and immediately turned it off due to a rod knocking.
$hit.
so, any info on whether or not you think I should rebuild it or go with another motor would be greatly appreciated.
also, any hookups for F20's would be appreciated as well.

Needless to say, I'm heart-broken.
