well the cops were mad. they really wanted to go in. now I have to deal with a detective, everyone knows how that works.

Damn Reebs, that sucks, but at least you found the motor. I'd let the police handle it. That's all you really can do without doing something illegal yourself. Maybe try and get some pictures of it in their basement.

Ahh, that's cool. I'll look around. If anything, I can pick one up from Autozone for $120 with a lifetime warranty. I would just rather have oem.
